Orders are processed within the timeframe listed in our website header, Monday through Friday.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

We accept Cash on Delivery, LINX, and Credit Card on Delivery payments.

We also accept direct bank transfers to our RBL Chequing account. Please note that orders paid via bank transfer are held for 24 hours pending payment and will be automatically canceled if payment receipt is not provided within that time frame.

All orders are delivered safely to your home or office using a designated courier company.

At this time, we do not offer direct pickup or collection of orders.

We no longer offer individualized custom work for personal orders. However, we do offer personalization on existing designs, such as adding a name or a short quote.

We accept bulk orders for our handmade items.

• For corporate orders, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 units.
• For personal orders, the MOQ is 20 units.

Please note that bulk orders are for personal or corporate use only and may not be resold as your own product.

We occasionally offer discount codes through packaging cards included with orders or via our social media platforms.

• Discount codes sent via packaging cards do not expire and can be used once, at any time.
• Discount codes shared on social media will state their expiry date, if applicable.
• All discount codes must be applied before checkout to qualify.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
