PROCESSING
All orders are shipped from our office within 2-3 business days. Office accessories are usually shipped by the next day. Wholesale orders are shipped within 7-10 business days, but we strive for the fastest turnaround time possible. Direct bank deposits are also required for all wholesale orders.
DELIVERY TIME
Trinidad deliveries are completed within 2-3 days once collected from our office.
Tobago deliveries are completed within 2-7 business days, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.
CONTACT INFORMATION
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date contact number and shipping address.
If you need to change your information, please email us with your order number and the correct information at admin@prettycreativett.com. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to have your info updated.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate number or shipping address, a replacement order is not guaranteed.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns in instances where items are defective. The item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging and returned within 5 days. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Sale items are ineligible for returns.
To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If your order is out for delivery and the buyer is unreachable for 2 or more days (without notifying myself or the courier of a rescheduling date), the order will automatically be cancelled and the buyer’s future purchases be legible via bank payments only.
