How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. For bulk orders, processing may take up to 7 – 10 business days.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

What are your payments options?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Direct bank deposits to our RBL chequing account

  • Cash on delivery

  • Linx and credit card payments upon delivery

Can I personalize or customize my order?

Yes! Personalization is available at no extra cost. You can add your name or a short quote to your items – just leave us a note before checking out.

 

Please note, we no longer offer fully custom, individual items that aren’t part of our existing product range. However, if you have ready-to-use artwork, feel free to email us to discuss your options and costing.

Delivery information

We do not offer pickup collection. However, all orders are delivered safely and directly to your home or office.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If you need to change your shipping address, make edits, or cancel your order, please email us at admin@prettycreativett.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided your order has not yet been shipped.

To ensure we can process your changes or cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that edits will be possible.

Do you offer bulk purchases?

Yes, we do – for our handmade items. Please email us at  admin@prettycreativett.com to discuss your order.

Please note: Full payment via direct bank deposit is required for all bulk orders.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or my order was damaged?

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include a photo or video of the damaged item, and we’ll do our best to process your claim quickly.
