How long does it take for my order to ship?
Our processing times are between 2-3 days, but can take up to 7-10 days for wholesale orders. Once your order leaves our office, it should arrive within 2-3 days. Tobago deliveries arrive within 2-7 business days depending on the selected shipping method.

What are your payments options?
We accept direct bank deposits, cash on delivery, linx or credit card payments on delivery.
Can I personalize or customize my order?
Yes! Personalization is available by adding your name, short prayer or quote to your items, at no extra cost. Leave us a note before checking out!
We no longer offer individual customized items that aren’t in our store. If you have readily available artwork, feel free to send us an email to discuss.
Do you have collection points?
We do not offer collection however our deliveries are made safely and directly to your home or office.
I need to edit, or cancel my order. Is that possible?
If you need to change your shipping address, make edits to your order, or want to cancel an order please email us at admin@prettycreativett.com. We will try to accommodate the changes or cancellation to the best of our ability as long as we have not yet shipped out your order.
To cancel or make edits to your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes – for handmade items! Send us an email to further discuss! Direct bank deposits are also required for all wholesale orders.
What do I do if I received the wrong item or my order was damaged in transit?
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at admin@prettycreativett.com to get a replacement order set up! Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email.
