Orders are processed within 3-4 days (Mon- Sat). For bulk orders, processing may take up to 7 – 10 business days.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-7 days, depending on the selected shipping method.

We accept Cash on Delivery, Linx and Credit Card on Delivery payments.

Direct bank transfer to our RBL Chequing account is also accepted. Orders are held for 24 hours pending payment and will be automatically cancelled if payment isn’t received.

We no longer offer individualized custom work however we do offer personalization of existing designs.

We do not offer pickup collection. However, all orders are delivered safely and directly to your home or office.

If you need to change your shipping address, make edits, or cancel your order, please email us at admin@prettycreativett.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided your order has not yet been shipped.

To ensure we can process your changes or cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that edits will be possible.

Please note: Full payment via direct bank deposit is required for all bulk orders.

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include a photo or video of the damaged item, and we’ll do our best to process your claim quickly.
