PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3 – 4 days (Monday to Saturday).
Bulk orders are processed and shipped within 7 – 10 business days, though we always strive for the fastest turnaround time possible.
Please note: Full payment via direct bank deposit is required for all bulk orders.
DELIVERY TIME
Trinidad deliveries are completed within 1 – 3 days after your order leaves our office.
Tobago deliveries take between 3 – 7 days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns only for defective items. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 3 days of delivery.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
For cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
If an order is already out for delivery and the buyer is unreachable for 2 or more days (without notifying us or the courier of a rescheduling date), the order will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, the buyer’s future purchases will only be eligible via direct bank deposit.
