PROCESSING
All orders are processed based on the timeframe shown in our website header (Monday to Friday).
Bulk orders are processed within 10–15 business days.
Shipping and delivery times are separate and will occur after processing is complete.
Full payment via direct bank deposit is required in advance for all bulk and customized orders.
SHIPPING/ DELIVERY TIME
Trinidad deliveries are completed within 3–5 business days after your order leaves our office.
Tobago deliveries take 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date contact number and shipping address. Please review your information carefully before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with them.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns only for defective items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 2 business days of delivery.
- Items not returned in their original condition may be subject to a reduction in refund amount due to loss in value.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Personalized or custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders cancelled after processing has begun may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund.
If an order is already out for delivery and the buyer is unreachable (without notifying us or the courier of a rescheduled delivery date), the order will be automatically cancelled. In these cases, we reserve the right to refuse future purchases.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
